About the Program
HACP owns and manages one apartment complex using Federal aid from the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) under the Public Housing Program:
Christensen Courts is a 72 unit apartment complex.
To be eligible for assistance, applicants must qualify under HUD established income limits, be elderly or disabled, and pass other screening criteria established by HACP. Program participants contribute 30% of their monthly adjusted income towards rent. However, in certain circumstances, rent can be 100% covered by HUD.

Please Note: Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to reside at Christensen Courts.

*The waiting list for Public Housing Assistance is 3 to 18 months, depending on resident turnover.
